摘  要:目的评价大豆异黄酮片抗氧化作用。方法50只雄性小鼠随机分为高、中、低3个剂量组及1个空白对照组和1个模型对照组。3个剂量组与空白对照组分别灌胃给予大豆异黄酮片1.5g/kgBW、0.75g/kgBW、0.25g/kg-BW和0.00g/kgBW,连续30d。内眦静脉采血测定谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶与超氧化物歧化酶活性,检测肝组织中丙二醛的含量。结果各剂量组小鼠肝组织中过氧化脂质降解产物丙二醛(MDA)的含量明显低于模型对照组,高、中剂量组小鼠血液中谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活力高于空白对照组。结论大豆异黄酮片具有抗氧化作用。Objective To evaluate the antioxidation of soybean isoflavone agent. Methods total of 50 male mice were divided randomly into three dose groups, one model group as well as one blank control group, and oral administered by soybean isoflavone agent for 30d in dosage of 1.5 g/kgBW, 0. 75 g/kgBW, 0. 25 g/kgBW, 0. 00 g/kgBW respectively. Blood sample was collected from mouse epicanthic vein for detecting glutathione peroxydase( GSH- Px) and superoxide dismutase activity, and the content of malonaldehyde in liver tissue was measured by ultraviolet spectrophotometer. Results The malonaldehyde contents in degraded products of lipid peroxidation for each dose group were apparently less than that of model group. Compared with blank control group, the GSH-Px activities of 1.5 and 0. 75 g/kgBW groups were more intense. Conclusion Soybean isoflavone may play antioxidation role.
