摘  要:目的建立毛细管气相色谱测定酒中甲醇、杂醇油的方法。方法采用程序升温升压方式,选择FFAP毛细管柱分离,气相色谱(FID)测定酒中甲醇、杂醇油的最佳条件。结果在选定的实验条件下,各组分有良好的线性关系,相关系数r〉0.9990,(n=6),检出限:甲醇0.006g/100ml,异丁醇0.004g/100ml,异戊醇0.005g/100ml;样品分析的精密度试验,相对标准偏差为4.4%~7.2%;样品分析的准确度试验,回收率为92.2%~106.0%。结论该法测定酒中甲醇、杂醇油分离时间短,灵敏度高。Objective To establish methylic alcohol and fusel oil in the wines by by gas chromatography with process increase temperature and pressure. Methods Process increase temperature and pressure were used for determination of methylic alcohol and fusel oil in the wines. Results The relative standard deviation in the range was 4. 4% -7.2% , the recovery rate was 92.2% - 106.0%, Detection limit: Methylic alcohol was 0.006 g/100 ml, isobuthl alcohol was 0.004 g/100 ml, and isoamyl alcohol was 0.005 g/100 ml. Conclusion The method is simple and rapid. It is applied to determine methylic alcohol and fusel oil in the wines with satisfactory results.
