摘　　要：本文用两种方法预测胎儿体重，共测定２００例待产妇，方法Ⅰ符合率５４．５％，方法Ⅱ符合率８０．５％，明显高于方法Ⅰ，方法Ⅱ可做为临床预测胎儿体重较为准确的方法。This paper predicted the fetal weight by two methods in 200 pregnant women between 37 and 42 weeks of gestation. The results showed that the accuracy of method Ⅰ is 54.5% and the accuracy of method Ⅱ is 80.5% and the method Ⅱ is therefore a useful and more accurate method of predicting fetal weight.
