摘  要:选用合适的保温保湿材料以及实施方案,可以有效地减少混凝土裂缝的发生,提高大坝工程质量。本文对比分析了几种常用的保温保湿材料的特点;并在一处自然环境条件相近的坝址,进行了不同材料的现场保温保湿试验,通过试验选定聚氨酯保温保湿材料;以此为基础进行新疆山口水电站不同厚度保温保湿材料条件下的坝体温度、应力有限元计算。结果表明,当保温层厚度较小时,增加保温层厚度可以使保温效果显著提高,但是当厚度大于一定值后,保温效果上升不明显,从而为工程选定喷涂5cm厚度聚氨酯的保温保湿方案提供了依据。The number of concrete cracks will be reduced and the dam quality will be improved effectively by adopting appropriate heat and moisture insulating material and implementation scheme: Comparison is made on the properties of several commonly used materials, heat and moisture insulating field tests are conducted on a site under similar climate conditions as Shankou hydropower station. The material with best performance is selected in the end. The finite elements computation is carried out for Shankou hydropower station to study the variation of dam temperature and stress with different insulating layer thickness. It is shown that heat preservation effect increases remarkably with the increase of the insulating layer thickness in the low thickness region. However, the effect is not so remarkable when the thickness exceeds a certain threshold. These results provide basis for the selection of an appropriate heat and moisture insulation scheme in Shankou hydropower station.
