日粮钒水平对闽中麻鸡血细胞的影响

摘  要:将256只1日龄健康闽中麻鸡预饲1周后随机分为A、B、C、D4个组,基础日粮中分别添加钒0、20、40和80mg/kg,试验期42d,于14、21、28、35、42日龄每组随机抽取6只,鸡冠采血制作血涂片,Wright’s染色,观察血细胞形态,并进行白细胞分类计数,研究了钒对动物血细胞的影响。结果显示,日粮中添加钒80mg/kg时鸡的红细胞变化明显,呈梭形或三角形,胞核呈球形或长条形,后期有的出现胞核偏移、畸形、破裂乃至溶解等;白细胞形态及胞核也有不同程度的改变,白细胞分类计数结果显示,各试验组鸡的淋巴细胞比例下降,异嗜性粒细胞比例升高,但与对照组差异不显著(P>0.05)。证实,日粮中添加80mg/kg的钒对闽中麻鸡的血细胞形态有一定程度的影响。A total of 256 one-day-old healthy Minzhong chickens were selected and pre-fed for one week. Then,these chickens were divided randomly into Groups A,B,C and D,and fed the basal diet supplemented respectively with 0,20,40 and 80 mg/kg vanadium for 42 days. Six chickens in each group were selected on day-old 14,21,28,35 and 42,respectively, and their bloods was taken from crista galli to make blood smear,then the smears were stained by Wright's staining. To elucidate the effects of different doses of vanadium supplemented in diet on blood cells of chickens, the shapes of blood cells were observed and the leukocyte classification count(LCC) was carried out. The observation results showed that the shape of erythrocytes of chickens in 80 mg/kg vanadium group was spindly or triquetrous,the nucleus in the erythrocytes presented spherical or elongated,and some nucleus were asymmetrical, deformed, ruptured or even dissolved at later stage,and leukocytes presented pathological changes to different degrees. The LCC result showed that the percentage of lymphocyte decreased and the percentage of heterophilic granulocyte increased in all the experimental groups compared with those of the 0 mg/kg vanadium group(control),but not significantly (P〉0.05) . The results indicated that the 80 mg/kg vanadium supplemented in diet could damage the shape of blood cells of Minzhong chicken to certain degree.
