摘  要:提出并演示验证了将负热光系数的聚合物材料覆盖在侧边抛磨光纤光栅的抛磨区实现光纤光栅温度补偿的新方法。实验结果表明,这种新方法的温度补偿效果良好,封装后的光纤光栅处在63~79℃的环境温度时,可使其温度敏感度降低为未补偿时的1/16;当处在58~101℃的环境温度时,其温度敏感度降低为未补偿时的1/4。温度补偿封装后的光纤光栅器件直径只有2mm,长度为20mm。A new temperature compensation method of fiber Bragg grating was put forward and experimentally demonstrated based on side polished fiber Bragg grating overlaid with polymer with negative thermo-optic coefficient. Experimental results show that the new method provides a good temperature compensation for fiber Bragg grating. Temperature sensitivity of the fiber Bragg grating packaged by polymer with negative thermo-optic coefficient is reduced to 1/16 of that of fiber Bragg grating without compensation in the range of 63 ℃ to 79 ℃ - and to 1/4 in the range of 58 ℃ to 101 ℃. The new device of fiber Bragg grating packaged for the temperature compensation has a diameter of 2mm and length of 20 mm.
