摘　　要：产业结构知识化跨越是新一轮技术革命中世界产业发展的重要趋势。把握其内在运行规律对我国充分利用"后发优势",走新型工业化道路具有十分重要的意义。文章通过对产业结构知识化跨越中的动力机制、传导机制和保障机制进行分析,揭示了我国产业结构高级化的内在运行规律。Industrial structure＇s great-leap transformation to intellectualization is an important trend of the world＇s industrial development in the new round of technical revolution, it is of great significance for China to manage its internal operation mechanism in full utilize ＂The Advantage of Later-Developing＂ and take a new-type industrial way. This article reveals the high-level internal operation mechanism of the industrial structure in China by analyzing the motivation mechanism, conduction mechanism and guarantee mechanism in industrial structure＇s great-leap transformation to intellectualization.
