门尼粘度对反式-1,4-聚异戊二烯形状记忆材料性能的影响

摘  要:考察了门尼粘度对反式-1,4-聚异戊二烯(TPI)形状记忆材料性能的影响。结果表明,随着门尼粘度的增大,材料的拉伸强度、拉断伸长率、100%定伸应力和300%定伸应力先增大后减小,在门尼粘度为70时出现最大值;材料的热刺激温度随着门尼粘度的增大先增大后减小,大约在门尼粘度为60时出现最大值;材料的形状固定率先增高后降低,回复率不变,保持在100%。The effect of the mooney viscosity on the properties of TPI shape memory material was investigated. The results showed that the tensile strength, elongation at break, modulus at 100% and modulus at 300% of TPI shape memory material were increased firstly then decreased as the increase of the mooney viscosity and reached the peak at the 70 mooney unit. The stimulating temperature was increased firstly then decreased as the increase of the mooney viscosity and reached the top when the mooney unit was 60. The effect of the mooney viscosity on the deformation recovery ratio was little. The shape fixity ratio of TPI shape memory material had the similar change with the stimulating temperature as the increase of the mooney viscosity.
