中型颅脑损伤脑干听觉诱发电位(BAEP)的研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨中型颅脑损伤脑干听觉诱发电位(BAEP)的特点。方法:对14例中型颅脑损伤伤者进行BAEP检测和分级评估。结果:中型颅脑损伤伤者BAEP的异常率为85.7%,其中脑干段电反应异常率达71.4%;BAEP的分级以Ⅲ级为主。结论:中型颅脑损伤伤者存在脑干功能障碍。Objectives： To research BAEP changes of patients with moderate traumatic brain injury. Methods： 14 cases of patients with moderate traumatic brain injury were studied with brainstem auditory evoked potential （BAEP） and evaluated with grade of BAEP. Results： The abnormal rate of BAEP for moderate traumatic brain injury was 85.7% and the abnormal rate of brainstem pathways of BAEP was 71.4%. BAEP grade was found mainly in grade Ⅲ. Conclusions： The function of brainstem was injured in patients with moderate traumatic brain injury.
