摘　　要：目的研究β环状糊精在功呋菊酯悬浮剂中应用的效果。方法将功呋菊酯原药、β环状糊精和其他辅助材料按照一定比例混合,经过胶体磨研一定时间后可形成功呋原药和β环状糊精的包结化合物。结果经β环状糊精包裹后的功呋菊酯悬浮剂对人的皮肤和黏膜的刺激性大为减轻,原药的光照稳定性增强。结论β环状糊精对功呋菊酯化合物具有一定程度的包裹作用,经β环状糊精包裹经过功呋菊酯化合物具有对光和热稳定性能增加、对人体刺激性及化合物自身臭味减少甚至消失等诸多优点。Objective To test the effect of BETA cyclodextrin in clocythrin. Methods The clocythrin ester original medicine, BETA cyclodextrin and other accessory material according to certain proportion mix, after process colloid mill attrition certain time may form the clocythrin ester original medicine and BETA cyclodextrin package knot compound. Results Wraps after BETA cyclodextrin the time clocythrin ester deflocculant for reduced greatly to human＇s skin and the mucous membrane irritating quality, original medicine illumination stability enhancement. Conclusion BETA cyclodextrin has certain degree package function to the clocythrin ester compound, wraps the clocythrin ester compound after BETA cyclodextrin to have the light and the heat-stable performance increases, reduces to the human body irritating quality and compound own fetid odor even vanishes and so on many merits.
