摘  要:目的了解淡色库蚊对常用杀虫剂的抗性现状,指导合理用药。方法浸渍法。结果安阳市淡色库蚊对DDVP、马拉硫磷、溴氰菊酯、氯氰菊酯的LC50分别为0.802 9、0.161 6、0.006 4、0.008 6 mg/m3,与标准敏感品系相比,相对抗性倍数分别是18.7、2.2、33.7、29.8。结论安阳市的淡色库蚊对上述4种药物均产生了不同程度的抗性,对溴氰菊酯的抗性最高,其次是氯氰菊酯,对马拉硫磷的抗性最低,尚处敏感水平。Objective To learn current situation of Culex pipiens paUens resistance to normal used insecticides, and provide scientific information for using insecticides reasonably. Methods Immersion method. Results The LC50 of Culex pipiens pallens to DDVP, malathion, dehamethrin, cypermethrin were 0. 820 9,0. 161 6,0. 006 4, 0. 008 6 mg/m^3. In contrast with standard sensitive strain, relative resistance folds were 18. 7,2. 2,33.7 and 29.8 respectively. Conclusion Culex pipiens paUens have had resistance to the above four kinds of insecticides to some degree. Its resistance to deltamethrin is the highest, the second is cypermethrin. Its resistance to malathion is the lowest and still in sensitive stage.
