摘　　要：目的观察乌拉地尔对难治性心力衰竭的疗效。方法难治性心力衰竭患者58例常规治疗无效后给予乌拉地尔2-6μg/（kg.min）,比较治疗前后心率、血压、EF、SV、CO、CI的变化。结果用药后48 h与用药前比较,HR下降（P〈0.01）,SBP、DBP降低（P〈0.01）,且在控制的目标血压内。EF、SV、CO、CI均有明显增加（P〈0.01）。结论乌拉地尔是治疗难治性心力衰竭理想的药物之一。Objective To observe the efficacy of Urapidil in refractory heart failure. Methods Fifty-eight refractor heart failure patients were given Urapidil 2 - 6 μg/ （kg·min） after conventional treatment ineffectively. The HR, BP,EF,SV,CO, CI before and after treatment were observed. Results There were significant differences in HR, SBP, DBP, EF, SV, CO, C1 （P 〈 0.01） between the patients after and before treatment. Conclusion Urapidil is one of the ideal drugs in treating patients of refractory heart failure.
