摘 要:目的观察900 MHz微波和γ射线联合辐射对人神经胶质瘤细胞(SHG44)的克隆形成率及细胞增殖活性的影响,探讨两者是否存在交互作用。方法SHG44细胞按微波强度随机分为对照组(0 W/m2)、微波低剂量组(20 W/m2)、中剂量组(40 W/m2)和高剂量组(60 W/m2),联合组同时给予5 Gy的γ射线照射,用2×4析因设计研究两者的交互作用。结果与对照组该细胞增殖活性相比,单纯微波处理的中剂量和高剂量的显著下降,分别为92.6%(P<0.05)和88.9%(P<0.01),γ射线与高剂量微波联合组为30.6%(P<0.01)显著低于各单纯微波组;克隆形成率结果与之相似。结论本实验条件下,微波和γ辐射单独或联合均能抑制细胞的生长,且两种辐射联合能产生协同抑制作用。Objective To investigate the interactive effects of γ-rays and 900 MHz microwave radiation on SHG44 cells growth. Methods SHC,44 cells were irradiated with 0, 20, 40, 60 W/m^2 900 MHz microwave and 5 Gy γ-ray radiation. Cell viability and cloning efficiency were measured with MTT test. Results Compared to the control group, cell viability decreased in middle (92. 6%, P 〈0. 05) and high (88, 9%, P 〈0, 01 ) dosage microwave radiation groups, and in combination of high dosage microwave and γ-ray group ( 30. 6%, P 〈 0. 01 ) which was significantly lower than that of the microwave radiation groups. The result of cloning efficiency was similar to the ceil viability. Conclusion Ceil growth could be inhibited by microwave or γ-ray radiation alone and the combination of microwave and γ-ray in an interactive way.
