放射工作人员职业心理应激与某些激素水平的相关研究

摘　　要：目的探讨放射工作人员的职业应激相关因素与促肾上腺皮质激素(ACTH)和血清皮质醇(COR)之间的相关性。方法采用知觉心理压力量表(CPSS)、特质应对方式问卷(TCSQ)和社会支持评定量表对放射工作人员进行测试,并抽血测定生理指标。结果放射工作人员ACTH、COR水平明显高于常模(P<0.05);Pearson相关分析发现,ACTH、COR水平与消极应对、社会支持总分、客观支持分、主观支持分、支持利用度之间存在相关性(P<0.05)。结论职业应激可影响放射工作人员的ACTH、COR水平,应积极采取应对措施,提高社会支持,保护放射工作人员身心健康。Objective To explore the relations between occupational stress and adrenocorticotropic hormone （ACTH） and serum concentration of cortisol （COR） in radiological medical personnel Methods The data of stress, burnout, coping style, social support were measured by professional questioners. ACTH and COR were tested after that. Results The levels of ACTH and COR were higher than those of the ordinary model in radiological medical personnel（ P 〈 0.05）. Pearson correlations analysis showed that there were significant differences between ACTH, COR and passive reply, the total score of support, the score of objective support, the score of subjective support, utilization of support （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion ACTH and COR are related to job tiredness, coping strategies and social support. Professional stress may affect the radiological medical personnel.
