摘  要:目的探讨热感颗粒剂中绿原酸的含量测定。方法采用高效液相色谱法,以十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂;以甲醇-水-冰醋酸(20︰80︰1)为流动相;检测波长为327nm。结果绿原酸在327nm波长处有最大吸收,绿原酸浓度在5~100μg/ml范围线性关系良好(r=0.9997),平均加样回收率为97.6%,RSD为1.7%。结论本法简便、准确、灵敏,可用于热感颗粒剂中绿原酸的含量测定。Objective To explore a method to measure the content of chlorogenic acid in the heated cold granule preparation. Methods HPLC was used in the content measurement. The stearic silane bonded silica gel was acted as fill preparation. The methanol-water-ice acetic acid (20:80:1) was used as the mobile phase. The wavelength was 327 nm. Results The chlorogenic acid had maximal absorbtion on 327 nm. The linear range of chlorogenic acid was 5-100 ug/ml (r=0.9997). The average recovery rate was 97.6%, and RSD was 1.7%. Conclusion The method is simple, exact, and sensitive. It can be used in the content measurement of chlorogenic acid in the heated cold granule preparation.
