摘 要:采用化学改性方法研制了一种碳纳米管掺杂改性的聚氨酯水性分散体,并采用扫描电镜、激光粒径分析、紫外-可见光吸收和热失重等测试手段对该新型聚氨酯水性分散体的性能进行研究。实验结果表明,该聚氨酯水性分散体具有良好的室温贮存稳定性,碳纳米管与水性聚氨酯分散体具有良好的相容性和协同增强效应,碳纳米管的掺杂改性能够提高聚氨酯涂膜的耐热性能,同时该聚合物涂膜在可见光区的透过率仍然能够达到80%以上,而在紫外光区的透过率则明显降低。A new kind of polyurethane aqueous dispersions modified by carbon nanotubes (CNTs) were preparation by covalently bond in this paper. The resulting polyurethane dispersions and their thin films were characterized and investigated by SEM, particle size measurements, UV-vis and TGA. It is shown that the CNTs have good compatibility and synergistic enhancement performance with polyurethane dispersions, and the resulting CNTs doping polyurethane dispersions have good solution stability at room temperature. Doped by CNTs, polyurethane dispersions films have enhanced heat resistance, as well as remain over 80% visible transmission and less UV transmission than pure polyurethane film.
