未扪及乳腺肿块的乳头溢液39例诊治分析

摘　　要：未扪及肿块的乳头溢液性疾病临床诊治较为困难，本文报告39例经病理学检查证实该类疾病的诊治情况。选择性乳腺导管造影术有较大的诊断价值，术前钼靶X线定位和亚甲蓝乳管染色标记，可以确定病变部位及范围，指导手术定位，乳腺区段切除术是合理的活检方法．也是良性疾病首选的治疗方法。An analysis was made of 39 cases of nipple dischargr with unpalpable lump diagnosedby pathologic examination,with the finding that selective galactography, pre-operation X-ray localization and methylene blue label were helpful in establishing the location of lesion and guiding the operation. Of these methods the selective galactography was of greater diagnostic value. RegionaI mastectomy was considered to be a rational method for biopsy and the first choice for diagnosing benign diseases.
