摘　　要：目的阐明药房工作素质的重要性，差错产生的原因及其对策。方法分析差错产生的原因，提出其对策。结果缺乏健全的药房工作制度，工作素质不高及对药房工作重要性的忽视，是产生药房差错的主要原因。结论培养良好的工作素质，是一种职业道德。只有从领导到个人都重视药房工作，才能更好地保证其工作质量。Objective To illustrate the importance of pharmacy quality, the factors of mistakes and their pre-ventive strategies in pharmacy occupation.Methods Analyze the factors leading to pharmacy mistakes, and propose suitable strategies. Results Lacking healthy principles, lower quality, and ignoring the importance of pharmacy result in pharmacy mistakes. Conclusion Building healthy working quality is a professional ethic. Good working quality in pharmacy room is insured as long as more attention paid to pharmacy importance from bureaucracy to working staff.
