摘  要:Cymbal换能器端冒的弯曲振动产生较大切向应力,损失大量机械能,而径向开槽的Cymbal换能器可释放切向应力,提高能量转化效率,同时可降低谐振频率、提高轴向位移及自由场电压接收灵敏度。本文利用有限元方法和ANSYS软件,仿真计算了槽的位置、数目、宽度及深度对Cymbal换能器机电性能的影响,研制了开槽Cymbal换能器并进行了测试,测试结果与计算结果具有较好的一致性,故开槽的Cymbal换能器具有很好的研究价值和应用前景。Flexural motion of the Cymbal transducer end caps causes high tangential stress, which lead to loss of mechanical out-put energy. However, radially slotted end caps can release the tangential stress, increase the efficiency of energy transform, decrease the fundamental resonance frequencies, extend axial shift, and enhance voltage receiving sensitivity. This paper studied the influences of slots'position, number, width and depth on mechanical, electric and electromechanical characteristics of a Cymbal transducer with finite element method (FEM) and ANSYS software. A slotted Cymbal transducer was developed and tested. The test result was in good agreement with the calculated one. Therefore, slotted Cymbal transducer needs to be further researched, and can be expected for wide application.
