1例喉咽癌颈段食道癌根治术＋咽胃吻合术后放射治疗的护理对策

摘　　要：目的使病人能安心接受放疗，提高其放疗中的生活质量。方法了解患者在放疗过程中的身心的变化及对护理、医学知识的需求，给予适当的宣教，针对性地做好相关护理措施：心理护理、气管套管护理、放疗皮肤护理、口腔护理、胸胃的护理、饮食护理等。结果该病人在放射治疗过程中能克服各种不适，积极配合各项治疗及护理，顺利完成放疗，且体重减轻不明显。结论对于新的术式的放疗的护理，既要做好常规的放疗护理，更要做好术式的特点护理，才能提高护理质量。Objective To set patient＇s mind to accepted radiotherapy and elevate the patient＇s quality of life during radiation. Methods To evalutate the physionpsychic change demand of nursing and medical knowledge, proper propaganda and education , and commit directly nursing measure： Psychological nursing, trachea drive pipe nursing , radiotherapy skin nursing , oral carity nursing, Chest stomach nursing ,diet nursing and so on when the patient was accepted radiotherapy. Results The patient Could overcome various kinds illness, complete each treatment and nursing in the radiotion process and body weight of loss was not obvious after the radiotherapy finished. Conclusion To improve the nursing quality, conventional radiation nursing and technique charactenstic nursing must complete.
