利用国标GB/T2293-1997测定低QI含量煤沥青的经验与体会

摘　　要：对国标GB/T2293-1997在低QI含量煤沥青上的应用进行了研究。考察了溶剂用量、真空泵的抽气速率、过滤材料等因素对测定精度的影响。结果表明对现有国标加以改进,适当增加溶剂喹啉、甲苯的用量,规定滤纸的恒重精度、或用G4砂芯漏斗代替中速定量滤纸可以大大提高测试精密度,从而使该标准适用于低QI含量的浸渍剂煤沥青的测定。The application of GB/T2293-1997 on the coal pitch of lower QI concentration was studied. The influences of the dosage of solvent,the speed of taking out gas ,and the filtrate materials on the measurement precision were eramined. The results show that using GB/T2293-1997 by increasing the amount of solvent of quinoline and toluene,regulating the filter paper＇s precision of weight,or replacing the filter paper with G4 arenaceous filler,the precision of QI is improved greatly so it can be use to test the coal pitch of lower QI concentration.
