摘 要:用主次波长法测定天然水中的铁,实验结果表明,当选定主波长λp为510nm,次波长λs为545nm,K=1时,Fe2+含量在1.25~30.0μg范围,lgy-lgx曲线呈良好的线性关系,相关系数r=0.9999(n=6),回归方程式为lgy=0.8499lgx-0.6066,本法最低检测浓度为0.007mg·L-1,平均回收率为95.9%,三个量水平相对标准偏差分别为2.2%、2.3%和0.3%。A primary-secondary wave length assay was developed to detect iron in natural water. The results suggested that when the primary wave λp, was 510nm, the secondary wave length wasλs 545nm, K=1,and the content of Fe2+ was in a range of 1. 25-30. 0μg. The curve of lgy-lgx wasin a good correlation with a correlation coefficient (R=0. 9999, n=6)and the regresion equation waslgy=0. 8499lgx-0. 6066. The lowest detectable concentration of iron was 0. 007mg/L, with an average recovery rate of 95.9%. The standard deviations of three samples are 2. 2 %, 2.3%, and 0.3% respetively.
