摘 要:硅胶整体柱由于具有高的机械强度、良好的耐溶剂性能及通透性等优点,在近几年受到了越来越多的关注,并已应用于微柱液相色谱和毛细管电色谱。该文从分离模式的角度,对近两年毛细管硅胶整体柱的制备方法及其应用进行了系统的综述,并展望了这一领域未来的发展趋势。Monolithic silica capillary columns have attracted considerable attention in micro-separation field due to their high mechanical strength, good permeability and good solvent resistance. They have been used as stationary phase for capillary electrochromatography and micro-high performance liquid chromatography. In this review, the preparations and applications of monolithic silica capillary columns were summarized according to the separation modes published in the past two years. Prospects for the trend of future research in this field were briefly stated.
