摘 要:本文针对触头打开过程中低压空气电弧等离子体动态特性的研究,以磁流体动力学为基础,采用动态网格技术,建立了空气电弧等离子体的模型。计算获得了触头打开过程中电弧弧柱温度和流场的分布,同时给出了该过程中不同触头速度下弧柱电压降的变化过程,并与试验测试进行了对比分析。分析表明,气流场随触头间距增大而增强,电弧弧柱在气流场的作用下不断地膨胀;随着触头的打开,电弧电压随时间的上升变化并非完全呈线性。This paper aims at the research of the dynamic characteristic of low-voltage air arc plasma during the contact opening process. Based on the MHD (magnetohydrodynamic) theory, the dynamic grid technique was used to build the model of low-voltage air arc plasma. Through the calculation, the distributions of the arc column temperature and flow field during the contact opening process are acquired. The voltage variation of the arc column in different contact speed is also presented. Additionally, the experimental test is carried out and compared with the calculated result. The analysis shows that the flow field becomes stronger with the contact gap enlarged and the arc column expands continuously under the effect of the flow field. During the opening of the contact, the rise of the arc voltage with the time is not entirely linear.
