摘  要:研究构成涡流接近开关的结构性参数与它的电磁参数之间的相互影响特性,归纳了影响该传感器性能和灵敏度的重要因素。将涡流接近开关充当测量齿轮线速度的测速计,在固定齿轮间隔尺寸时,以探测间隙和齿宽参数为例,分析由于这些结构参数的变化而对接近开关电磁特性的影响。利用最小二乘法对获得的接近开关输出波形频率与齿轮线速度的试验曲线进行曲线拟合,得到它们的拟合直线。实验和仿真研究与试验分析均说明,本文有关分析涡流接近开关的结构参数和电磁参数相互影响特性的方法和结论,对于快速设计或者选择具有合理结构和最优电磁参数的涡流接近开关,具有参考价值。The eddy current proximity switch is composed of exciting winding, detection winding and post process circuit. The structural parameters (i.e., turns of the exciting winding, the axial thickness of the exciting winding, the diameter of the detector, the distance between the detector and measuring object, and the width of the measuring object) will give obvious influence to the electromagnetic parameters (i.e., self-inductance of the exciting wingding, equivalent inductance of the exciting winding, mutual inductance between the detector and measuring object, inductance of the vortex ring, resistance of the vortex ring, and vortex intensity current induced by the exciting source). The equivalent models of the electromagnetic parameters are generalized and analyzed by the paper. The simulation results are proposed to visualize the important influence characteristics between the structural and electromagnetic parameters of the eddy transducer. The eddy transducer is adopted as a speedometer for the gear wheel to test the line speed by the adjusting examples both of the tooth width and the distance between the detector and measuring object. The characteristic curves between the line speed of the gear wheel and signal frequency generated by the eddy transducer are gathered. The rate of slope of the characteristic curves can be acquired by means of least squares curve fitting technology. Research indicates the tooth width and the distance will directly influence the rate of slope of the characteristic curves.
