摘 要:提出了用虚拟介电常数法和耦合电压自由度法相结合的方法处理1100kVGIS隔离开关中的悬浮导体问题。利用有限元软件对隔离开关气室进行三维电场分析计算,获得其内部电场强度分布。通过电场强度结果分析,得出隔离开关气室内电场强度较大的位置及电场强度值。利用APDL对电容参数进行计算,通过与测试结果进行比较,验证了用虚拟介电常数法和耦合电压自由度法相结合处理隔离开关中的悬浮导体问题具有较强的可行性。从而为特高压GIS中VFTO的计算提供较为可靠的分布电容参数。In the paper the dummy dielectric constant method combining with coupling voltage freedom method is put forward to deal with the 1 100kV GIS floating conductor problem. The finite element software is adopted to analyze and calculate the three dimensional electric field of disconnector cabinet. According to the analysis result, the interior electric field intensity distributions in the disconnector cabinet are acquired, then, the positions of rather higher intensity and the intensity values are obtained by means of analyzing the calculation result. The capacitance parameters are calculated by using of ANSYS parametric design language (APDL). The comparison result to test values indicates that it is more feasible to deal with floating conductor problems by adopting the dummy dielectric constant method combining with coupling voltage freedom method. And then it provides more reliable distribution characteristics for VFTO calculation in extra-high voltage GIS.
