高电位笔点穴治疗老年性椎-基动脉供血不足的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨高电位笔点穴治疗对椎—基动脉供血不足的疗效。方法:对300例经颅彩色多普勒超声(TCD)检查明确单侧或双侧椎-基底动脉供血不足,随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组200例采用高电位治疗仪(GR-GDW30KV上海冠瑞产),先嘱患者静坐在高电位治疗垫上,输入9000伏电压,治疗10分钟后用高电位笔刺点:百会、大椎、风池(双)、前谷(双)、后溪(双)等穴,每穴刺点6-10秒,每天1次,7天为1个疗程,治疗1-3疗程。对照组100例采用复方丹参滴丸10粒,口服,每日3次。7天后观察两组病例的临床疗效及脑血流速度的变化。结果:治疗组200例,痊愈:106例,好转:90例;未愈:4例;总有效率为98%。对照组100例,痊愈:34例,好转57例,无效9例,总有效率91%;两组比较疗效差异无显著性,(P>0.05);两组病例脑血流速度均明显改善。结论:高电位笔点穴治疗可促通经络,调节经络平衡、活畅气血、活血化淤、促使脑血流及微循环加快,增加血管壁弹性,缓解血管痉挛,恢复脑血流供应。Objective：To investigate the potential of high--T acupuncture treatment on vertebral - of the effect of arterial insufficiency. Cases were observed 7 days after the clinical efficacy and cerebral blood flow velocity changes, P^esults： The treatment group of 200 cases, the recovery 106 cases, improvement; 90 cases; recovered four cases; total efficiency of 98%. 100 Cases of the control group, recovered： 34 cases, 57 cases improved, invalid nine cases, and the total efficiency of g1% of the two groups showed no significant difference （P〉 0.05） between cases of cerebral blood flow velocity was significantly fmproved.Conclusion： High potential acupuncture treatment can promote T--Meridian, Merldian balance adjustment, live Cheong blood, activating blood circulation Huayu, to cerebral blood flow and microcirculation accelerated, increasing vascular wall fioxibtlity, ease vasospasrn and restore blood supply to the brain.
