摘  要:研究了竹材CTMP制浆废水的水质特征,在此基础上设计了混凝/厌氧/好氧组合处理技术路线,并在实验室进行了小试研究。结果表明,在竹材CTMP制浆废水的COD、BOD5、SS分别为7320、2496、1308mg/L时,混凝预处理段、二级厌氧段(UASB)、好氧段对COD的平均去除率分别为49.1%、85.4%、68.4%,对BOD5的平均去除率分别为46.4%、86.8%、84.7%,对SS的平均去除率分别为71.1%、60.1%、52.3%,预处理段表现出较好的去除SS的作用,而生物处理段则体现了较好的去除有机污染物的作用,使得处理出水水质达到了国家排放标准(GB3544—2001)的要求。The characteristics of effluent from bamboo chemithermomechanical pulp (CTMP) pulping process were studied. The coagulation/anaerobic/aerobic process was designed to investigate the efficiency of pollutants removal in laboratory. The results show that when the influent COD, BODs, SS are 7 320 mg/L, 2 496 mg/L and 1 308 mg/L respectively, the average removal rates of COD in different stages are 49.1% , 85.4% and 68.4% respectively, the average removal rates of BOD5 are 46.4% 86.8% and 84.7% respectively, and the average removal rates of SS are 71.1% , 60.1% and 52.3% respectively. The coagulation pretreatment stage has better SS removal efficiency, while the biological treatment stage has better removal efficiency of organic pollutants. The effluent quality meets the Discharge Standard of Water Pollutants for Paper Industry (GB 3544 -2001 ).
