摘  要:将碱渣与城市污水处理厂的剩余污泥按不同的比例均匀混合后,进行厌氧消化试验,并根据消化液中SCOD、pH值及产气量等指标的变化,分析了碱渣对污泥厌氧消化性能的影响。结果表明:在碱渣添加量<8.25g/L时,对污泥厌氧消化中的水解反应有较大的促进作用,溶出的有机物可生物降解性好;在试验的碱渣添加量范围内,厌氧消化液的pH值维持在7~8,显示碱渣对污泥消化产生的有机酸具有一定的缓冲作用;当碱渣添加量为3.30g/L时,产气量和甲烷产量最大且厌氧消化反应速度最快,与未添加碱渣的相比则甲烷产量提高了约37.9%。碱渣中含有的碱性物质对污泥厌氧消化有较大的促进作用。After mixing soda residue with excess activated sludge from WWTP in different proportions, an anaerobic digestion test was varried out. According to changes of soluble chemical oxygen demand (SCOD), pH of digestion liquid and gas production, the effect of soda residue on anaerobic digestion of sludge was analyzed. The results show that when the soda residue addition is less than 8.25 g/L, the soda residue can accelerate hydrolysis of sludge anaerobic digestion, and organics dissolved from sludge has better biodegradability. In the test, pH of digestion liquid is maintained in the range of 7 to 8, which indicates that the soda residue may partly buffer organic acids produced by sludge digestion. When the soda residue addition is 3.30 g/L, the gas and methane production is maximum and the anaerobic digestion reaction rate is rapidest. The methane production is increased by 37.9% compared with that with-out soda residue addition. The alkaline matters in soda residue can accelerate anaerobic digestion of sludge.
