摘  要:针对太原市呼延水厂出水浊度不达标的问题进行了絮凝试验研究。结果表明:该厂原水属低温低浊水,有机胶体较多,絮凝效果差,其根本原因是絮凝剂投量不足。进一步的试验表明:以聚合氯化铝(PAC)为絮凝剂、以活化硅酸为助凝剂,除浊效果较好;活化硅酸的投加时间对絮凝效果有较大的影响,以快速混合用时1min、聚合氯化铝投量为15mg/L、延迟30s后投加0.5~1mg/L的活化硅酸(以SiO2计)为最佳运行条件;滤池反冲洗排水回流至配水井有利于低温低浊水的处理,并可节省絮凝剂或助凝剂的投量。Because the turbidity of finished water from Huyan Water Treatment Plant can not come up to the water quality standard, a series of tests were conducted to solve this problem. The results show that the flocculation efficiency of the raw water into the plant is poor due to its low temperature and low turbidity, and the basic reason of not reaching the standard is that the flocculant dosage is insufficient. The better efficiency of turbidity removal can be attained when polyaluminum chloride (PAC) is chosen as flocculant and activated silica is chosen as coagulant aid. The adding time of activated silica is very important to flocculation. The optimal operation conditions are that the rapid mixing time is 1 min, the dosage of PAC is 15 mg/L, and activated silica ( calculated as SiO2 ) of 0.5 mg/L to 1 mg/L is added after 30 s. The reflux of backwashing water from filters is beneficial to treatment of low temperature and low turbidity water, and both flocculant and coagulant aid can be saved.
