摘 要:为了解决某半导体集成电路厂含氟废水达标排放的问题,按照该厂排放的含氟废水中的氟离子浓度配制试验用水,采用化学—混凝沉淀法进行除氟试验,确定了最佳的药剂组合和工艺条件。结果表明,当CaCl2投加量为1200mg/L,调节CaCl2混合反应出水pH值为10.5,且PAC和PAM的投加量分别为400mg/L和2mg/L时,出水中残余氟离子浓度可降至4.6mg/L,达到了《污水综合排放标准》(GB8978—1996)的一级标准。投加PAM可加快沉淀速度,强化除氟效果,沉淀时间宜控制为15min。In order to achieve up-to-standard discharge of fluoride wastewater from a semiconductor integrated circuit factory, the simulated wastewater was prepared according to the fluoride ion concentration of the fluoride wastewater discharged from this factory, the chemical/coagulation and sedimentation method was applied in fluoride removal test, and the optimal chemicals combination and operation condition were determined. The results show that when the dosage of CaCl2 is 1 200 mg/L, the pH value of CaCl2 mixed effluent is adjusted to 10.5, and the dosage of PAC and PAM is 400 mg/L and 2 mg/L, the content of fluoride ion in effluent can be reduced to 4.6 mg/L, reaching the first level criteria speci-Wastewater Discharge Standard (GB 8978 - 1996). Adding PAM can accelerate the sedimentation speed and enhance the fluoride removal effect, and the sedimentation time should be controlled at 15 minutes.
