摘 要:运用FLUENT计算软件,对一个截面上安有一至四个扭旋叶片的静态混合器内流场分别进行模拟计算分析。结果表明:单叶片静态混合器内仅有一个较大旋涡,而多叶片组合静态混合器内有数量为叶片数量二倍的旋涡,且两两旋向相反交替排列;按单叶片、双叶片组合、三叶片组合、四叶片组合顺序静态混合器内湍动能与湍流强度呈递增趋势;在同一流速下按双叶片组合、三叶片组合、单叶片、四叶片组合顺序各混合器流体阻力逐渐增加。The flow field in a static mixer that has one to four twist elements incorporated in each section has been simulated by using professional CFD software-FLUENT. The results show that there is a single large vortex in a static mixer with a single twist element. The number of vortices in a static mixer with multiple twist elements is twice the number of twist elements and alternate vortex directions, clockwise and counterclockwise, are observed. It is found that the turbulent kinetic energy and the turbulence intensity in a static mixer both increase as a function of the number of twist elements per section. For the same velocity, the fluid resistance increases in the order two twist element assembly 〈 three twist element assembly 〈 single twist element assembly 〈 four twist element assembly
