摘　　要：介绍一种社区智能控制系统,该系统对社区内的照明设备采用定时段开关和通信工具遥控打开加自动延时关断的灵活控制方式,对社区内住户的防火、防盗实现实时监控,对居民的求助实现实时服务。该系统应用有利于社区服务的人性化和智能化,极大提高社区的服务水平,有利于社区的和谐发展。The paper introduces a community intelligent control system. The system can control the community lighting equipment using a flexible control mode, the mode has the functions of timing switch , remote control to open communication tools and automatic shutdown delay. The system can realize real-time monitoring of fire prevention and anti-theft to the households within the community, at the same time can Provide assistance to the residents of real-time services. The system＇s application is not only benefit the community service of humanity and intelligent, but also greatly enhance the level of service the community, that is conducive to the harmonious development of the community.
