Difference in Endogenetic Hormone Content of Axillary Buds from Different Nodes of Two-line Hybrid Rice between in Vivo and in Vitro

摘  要:以培两优210和培两优E32为材料,研究了留穗母体、去穗母体与离体条件下两系杂交稻不同节位腋芽的内源激素含量差异。结果表明:腋芽GA与IAA含量随留桩高度降低而提高,且低位芽提高幅度较高位芽大;与留桩40cm处理相比,离体扦插后9d,高位芽与低位芽GA和IAA含量均提高;离体条件下GA与IAA含量均表现高位芽大于低位芽,而母体条件下多以低位芽较高;扦插后9-15d,高位芽与低位芽CTK含量均降低,但两个时期均表现低位芽大于高位芽的趋势;与留穗处理相比,去穗处理腋芽GA含量提高,且留桩越低提高幅度越大,腋芽IAA含量变化在不同品种、不同留桩高度及不同时期间有差异。Peiliangyou 210 and Peiliangyou E32 were used as the materials to study the difference in endogenetic hormone content of axillary buds from different nodes of two-line hybrid rice among three conditions, in vivo with panicle, in vivo without panicle and in vitro. The results showed that the contents of GA and IAA of axillary buds were increased with decrement of stubble height and the extents of increasing in buds from lower nodes (lower buds) were greater than those in buds from higher nodes (higher buds). Compared with the treatment with stubble height at 40 cm, GA contents and IAA contents in lower and higher buds in vitro were higher on the 9th day after node-cuttage. Contents of GA and IAA in vitro showed an order of higher buds 〉 lower buds, whereas those of lower buds were generally higher in vivo. Contents of CTK in higher and lower buds were decreased from 9th to 15th day after node-cuttage with the trend of lower buds 〉 higher buds at the two stages. Compared with in vivo with panicle, contents of GA in axillary buds in vivo without panicle were increased, and the lower stubble height had a greater extent of increasing, while change of contents of IAA in axillary buds in vivo without panicle varied between two combinations, among three stubble heights and three stages after node-cuttage.
