《金匮》辨治虚劳病探析

摘　　要：本文从察病因，劳由七伤；抓主证，治调阴阳；重正气，而补脾肾；瘀当攻，宜“缓中补虚”四个方面探析了《金匮》辨治虚劳病的方法、特点。明确指出七伤是病因，五脏阴阳虚损是病机，调补阴阳为治法，补脾肾是特点，虚劳有瘀血不能峻攻，宜“缓中补虚”。Abstract Exploration are made on Synopsis of Prescriptions of the Golden Chamber in its methode and characteristics of differentiation and treatment of consumptive diseases from the follwing aspects that consumptive diseases are caused by sevenkinds of impairments if observation of their causes;treating and regulating yin and yang should be applied when the main syndromes are made clear;supplementing vital Qi is with emphasis on tonifying the spleen and the kidney;blood stasis shoulo be removed with 9radudl invigorating Qi in middle jiao.lt is made clear that seven kinds of impairments are causes of the dicases,the impairme nt of the five Zang organs and of Yin and Yang are considered as pathogesnesis, the therapeutic method is regulating and nourishing Yin and Yang wth emphasis on tonifying the spleen and the kidney,in cases of blood stasis,gradual invigorating Qi in middle Jiao is applicable,but forceful invigorating is avoided.
