复方牛磺酸眼药水消炎作用研究

摘　　要：目的观察复方牛磺酸眼药水（ｃｏｍｐｏｕｎｄｔａｕｒｉｎｅｅｙｅｄｒｏｐｓ，ＣＴＵ）在兔眼炎症模型中的消炎作用。方法兔眼炎症分别由１０％辣椒酊、３０％巴豆油滴眼和眼热烧伤引起，致炎前后局部应用ＣＴＵ，并设立０．５％醋酸可的松眼药水组和生理盐水组。于致炎后２、４、１２、２４、３６、４８及７２ｈ，根据结膜充血、水肿及分泌物轻重程度对所有眼进行评分，所有评分最后经统计学处理。结果在三种炎症模型中，ＣＴＵ治疗眼各时间点炎症评分均值均显著低于相应生理盐水治疗眼（Ｐ＜０．０１），与可的松治疗眼比较差异不显著。结论复方牛磺酸眼药水具有良好的消炎作用。ObjectiveTaurine is an amino acid which has many pharmacological activities such as antiinflammatory and analgesic effects and few side effects.It also inhibits the ocular hypertension caused by topical prostaglandin instillation.The author studied the effects of compound taurine eye drops (CTU) on three ocular inflammatory models in rabbits.Methods27 New Zealand white rabbits were randomly divided into 9 groups of 3 animals (6 eyes) each.Ocular inflammation was induced by topical application of 10% capsicum tincture (Groups 1 to 3),30% croton oil(Groups 4 to 6) or thermal corneal burns (Groups 7 to 9).Each eye in Groups 1,4 and 7 received topical treatment with two drops of CTU every 15 min for 8 doses beginning 2 h before ocular inflaming operations were done.Groups 2,5 and 8 received cortisone acetate eye drops(0.5%)and groups 3,6 and 9 received physiological saline as controls.After the inflammation was induced,each group continued to receive respective treatment half hourly for 4 doses,hourly for 4 doses,and then 6 times daily for 2 d.The severity of ocular signs(conjunctival injection,chemosis and discharge)were evaluated and recorded on a 4 point scale (0=absent,1=mild,2=moderate,3=severe)2,4,12,24,36,48,and 72 h after the inflaming operations.Composite scores for ocular signs were obtained from the mean of the scores for individual signs.ResultsCTU was effective in reducing ocular inflammation.On three ocular inflammatory models,the mean scores for ocular signs obtained from CTU treated eyes at each examination hour point were significantly lower ( P < 0.01 ),when compared with physiological saline treated eyes relevantly.The differences were still significant at the end of the experiment.CTU was nearly as effective as 0.5% cortisone acetat
