晚期混合裂变产物胃肠道内阻吸收效果的研究

摘　　要：报道两种阻吸收药物普鲁土蓝和褐藻酸钠对晚期混合裂变产物自大鼠胃肠道内阻吸收作用。结果表明，两种阻吸收药物不仅有明显阻吸收作用，而且两种药物伍用，对阻吸收效果有相加作用。阻吸收疗效与给药剂量和给药时间有密切关系。如果在灌胃阻吸收药物的同时肌注促排药物DTPA－CaNa2盐和喹胺酸，反而会增加混合裂变产物自胃肠道内的吸收。Preventive absorption effects of two preventive medicines, prussion blus and sodium alignate, on delayed fission product mixture from gastrointestinal tract are reported. The results showed that the two medicines show obvious effect of preventive absorption and the effect were much better as the both weregiven at the same time or the dosage of the medicine increases. Preventive absorption effect varied with medication time and the effect were more obvious when the medicines were given immediately after expoure to the fission product mixture. If both preventive medicines and cloarance - accelerated scavenger were given at same time, the absorption of fission product mixture from gastrointestinal tract could increase.
