摘　　要：电信网络管理的目标是要最大限度地利用电信网络资源,提高网络的运行质量和效率,向用户提供良好的通信服务。网管系统是一个复杂的系统,涉及电信技术和计算机技术等各个领域的内容,综合网络管理系统是电信网络的一部分,电信网络通过标准接口来控制各个厂商提供的综合网络管理系统。研究了基于TD-SCDMA标准的综合网管系统的设计,并对该网管系统的整体结构进行了分析和设计。The document studies the research of TD-SCDMA comprehensive network management system. The network management system is a oomplicated project that including teleoommunication technology and oomputer technology, this system is a part of telecommunication system, which is oontrolled by the standard interface. The article discusses the design of the system based on TD-SCDMA, and gives an analysis for the whole structure of this system.
