摘　　要：日本经济衰退的原因很多,但是影响日本经济的最本质问题是制度变迁中的路径选择。在日本经济路径依赖严重和制度创新迫切的今天,任何细枝末节的经济政策调整都只能解决当下。日本经济的路径选择并不是人云亦云的"市场主导型",而是有它的特殊性。There are many reasons for the recession of Japanese economy,but the essential that influences Japanese economy is the path choice.Nowadays,with the severity of the path dependence of Japanese economy and the urgency of system innovation,any minor details of the adjustment of economic policy can only deal with the present problem.The path choice of Japanese economy is not market oriented which echo what other say,whereas has its particularity.
