摘　　要：近年来,经济活动中的商业贿赂现象,几乎渗透到社会经济生活的各个方面。政府采购领域作为社会经济活动的一个部分,也毫无例外地成为商业贿赂进攻的主要对象。本文结合政府采购工作实际,就商业贿赂在政府采购领域领域形成的原因,作些浅显的分析,并提出治理对策。Recently,in the Chinese economic activities commercial bribery is rampant,almost to every corner of social economy.As a part of economic activities,government purchase is no exception to the target of commercial bribery.Based on the reality of government,this paper aims to make a brief analysis on the reasons that how the commercial bribery comes into being in the area of government purchase ,and then put forward the measures.
