双压力棒在细纱牵伸后区中的应用实践

摘　　要：为了探讨附加后区压力棒上销的纺纱性能，在纯棉、涤棉品种上，采用后区双压力棒上销与普通上销进行了纺纱试验，澍试对比了成纱条干、强伸性能及毛羽等性能指标。结果表明：平面牵伸后区附加双压力棒后，成纱条干、细节、粗节、棉结水平得到改善，纱线的断裂强度也有所增加。To discuss spinning property of additional double press bar top pin in spinning back area, double press bar top pin and common top pin were adopted in test for pure cotton, polyester and cotton blended yarns. Property indexes of yarn evenness, strength ＆ haMness level and so on were tested and compared. The result shows that yam evenness, thin places, thick places and neps were improved after adding double press bar in plane draft back area, and the yam tenacity also was increased.
