摘　　要：利用电测应力的方法对SG5291JXJ40t修井机井架在最大负荷下的静态应力进行测试,并在额定负荷内利用动态应力测试了井架的动荷系数。测试结果表明,整体工作状态良好,受力基本对称,可以保证在额定负载500kN,最大负荷700kN的工作状态下正常工作。The static stress is tested on the type of SG5291JXJ40t workover derrick with peak load and the dynamic stress is tested within rated load to find the dynamic load factor by electrometric stress-test. The test results show that the entire derrick works well and the force is symmetrical, which can ensure that the derrick works well within the rated load 500kN and with peak load 700kN.
