摘 要:针对现代防空作战中各种火力对抗异常残酷和激烈的实际,利用概率论和防空作战运筹方法,论述了敌人火力打击对防空群射击指挥效率影响的主要特点和评估方法,建立了指挥通信设备战损、群指挥所生存能力对射击指挥效率影响的评估模型.结合示例计算,描述了射击指挥方式与杀伤目标数之间的数量关系,归纳了遭受敌人火力打击时射击指挥效率变化的基本规律,分析了一个和两个群指挥所持续射击指挥的满足性.研究表明,对抗条件下的防空作战效果及其相关指标可以在战前评估.According to the fact of the fierce confrontations in modem air-defense operations, this paper, making use of probability theory and air-defense operations research methods, talks about the main features and evaluation method of impacts of air-strikes against the command-efficiency of air-defense artillery group, what' s more, establishes the evaluation model of the impacts of the loss of command communication equipment and the surviving capability of air- defense group command department against the air-defense command efficiency. In addition, this paper calculates and describes the quantity relationship of air-defense command mode and number of the casualty of the objectives with some examples, induces the basic law of air-defense command efficiency' s change while meeting with air-strikes, analyzes satisfaction of fire-command efficiency of air-defense group and the possibility of durative command. The research indicates that the efficiency of air-defense battle and its correlative index in counteracting can be evaluated before the campaign.
