摘　　要：1958年，25岁的Karl Schlecht先生创办了Karl Schlecht Maschinenbau公司（普茨迈斯特的前身）。在德语中“Schlecht”有“糟糕”之意，这显然不是Karl Schlecht先生创办企业的初衷。在1963年，Karl Schlecht先生把公司名称改为“Putzmeister”。“Putz”意为“灰浆”，“meister”则为“大师”之意。As the exploiter in the concrete pump equipment industry,Putzmeister always holds the top position both in the field of market or the technique. Putzmeister has taken up a guider in concrete industry.That means every change drives the whole industry's technical change for ever. Commenting on the follow and copy,Mr.Karl Schlecht considers it as a good thing because of the re-innovation after learning. Talented person,innovation and devotion are the three magic weapons in Germany manufacture industry,and that also important to Putzmeister.The interview with Mr.Karl Schlecht can offer many experiences for domestic enterprises,rather than describe as memory of Putzmeister's 50 years history. Objectively speaking,'Made in China'should learn the experience from'Made in Germany'in the process from'Made in China'to'Create in China'.
