摘　　要：为优化大豆蛋白纤维纯纺纱生产工艺,以提高成纱质量,针对大豆蛋白纤维的特性,通过优选原料,做好纤维的预处理工作,合理调整梳理工艺参数及机械状态,选用新型针布,加强操作管理及控制好温湿度,在保证了成纱质量的同时使得纺纱效率也得到了明显提高。To optimize pure soybean protein yarn spinning processing and improve yarn quality, aim at its properties, the yarn quality could be guaranteed and efficiency could be improved after adopting the measures including optimizing raw material, pretreating fibre properly, adjusting carding processing parameter and mechanical state rationally, choosing new card clothing, strengthening operating management, controlling moisture and temperature well.
