摘　　要：介绍IEEE 802.11 MAC层完成的主要功能,详细讨论MAC层的基本接入机制DCF,介绍了另一个可选的接入机制PCF的工作原理,简述了DCF机制存在的问题以及目前相关研究的进展情况。Introduces the major functions of IEEE 802.11 MAC layer, discusses the access machainsm of the DCF which is the MAC layer, introduces the principles of work of PCF which is another optional access mechanism, summaries the questions of DCF mechanism and the related research progress.
