摘　　要：文章提出了以医嘱为中心的新一代门诊收费系统,描述了其特点和优势,及实现以医嘱为中心的门诊收费系统的几个关键问题的解决途径。在此基础上,给出了系统的处理流程和主要功能组成,及应用前景。Puts forward the new generation outpatient charging system depending on the outpatient orders. Describes the characteristic and advantage of the new system in detail as well as the resolutions of key problems. Offers the work flow and main functions of the system, and at last gives the wonderful prospect of the system.
