摘　　要：门诊"一卡通"诊疗模式不仅提高了门诊的诊疗工作效率和管理水平,而且为患者提供舒适、方便、高效、快速的人性化服务。本文总结了我院实施门诊"一卡通"诊疗服务系统的工作经验,提出了需重点解决的问题。The mode of general-purpose card system for outpatient service not only increases the diagnosis and treatment efficiency and management level, but also provides a comfortable, convenient, efficient and speedy humanness service for patients. This paper sums up the experience of general-purpose card system in our hospital application and the major problems.
