摘　　要：介绍武汉阳逻长江公路大桥钢箱梁防腐涂装设计及施工工艺,着重介绍了特大型悬索桥钢箱梁涂装施工过程中的表面处理方式、电弧喷铝和涂料喷涂工艺,实践证明该项技术提高了施工进度和工程质量。This paper introduces the design and construction technology of corrosion protection coating for the steel box girder of Wuhan Yangluo Changjiang River Highway Bridge and describes in considerable details the surface treatment ways and the workmanship of electric arc aluminum spraying and coating material spraying applied in the construction process of corrosion protection coating for steel box girders of major suspension bridges like the Yangluo Bridge. Practice proves that the techniques as provided in the paper can speed up the construction progress and improve the construction quality.
