摘　　要：随着网络控制技术的不断发展,LAN网络接口已在智能仪器中得到了应用,并成为标准的配置接口,本文以Tek3032B示波器为例,叙述了在LabVIEW8.5开发环境下利用Tektronix_tds_3000_series示波器驱动程序编程,通过LAN网口现实对其进行控制并将其测量波形在PC屏幕进行监测的程序设计方法,该方法充分利用了远距离传输控制的网络特性,对开发利用仪器已有的程控功能,避免不必要的资源浪费具有意义,对从事自动测试程序设计者具有参考借鉴价值。With the development of the technology of network controlling, LAN interfaces have had a great application in intelligent instruments and became standard interface in PC. This paper takes Tek3032B for example, mainly discusses the design of the program which drive Tektronix_tds_3000_series oscilloscope in LabVIEW8. 5. The program controls the oscilloscope via LAN interface and displays the testing waveform on the PC screen. The program makes full use of the long-distance controlling function of the network which connects instruments with PC, and it not only avoid wasting of the resource , but also have a great value of reference and application for programmers work on automatic test.
